Verity & Verity, LLC

, Managing Director and President, has over 20 years of experience in the investment and private equity business. Will also serves as a Managing Director of ThomasPartners, Inc., an affiliated investment management firm located in Wellesley, MA. Prior to forming Verity & Verity, Will served for 14 years as Chairman and Co-CEO of Leaver Corporation, a private equity investment company, and he currently serves as a director of American Financial Group (NYSE: “AFG”). Prior to forming Leaver, Will worked as an investment banker with Alex Brown, Inc. Will received a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

, Managing Director, has over 38 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry. Prior to joining Verity & Verity, Jon spent 38 years with JP Morgan Chase and its affiliates, most recently as the CEO of Bank One Trust Company in Chicago, IL. Jon earned his BA from the University of Virginia and a BFT from Thunderbird University in Phoenix, Arizona.

, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, has been in the investment and private equity businesses for over 35 years. Greg also serves as Chairman/CEO of ThomasPartners, a Boston based investment management firm (see below). Greg was formerly a Partner with William Blair & Co. in Chicago and the Vice Chairman of Tucker Anthony Sutro in Boston. Greg received a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

, Chief Operating and Compliance Officer, manages all operating issues including compliance, client services, and technology support. Paula gained client and technical support experience with Real Soft Systems and with National Data Corporation in Atlanta and through her work as an independent consultant. Paula received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Paula is currently working towards a CFP certification.

, is responsible for all client services, including administration as well as operations and marketing support. Prior to joining Verity & Verity, Jennifer served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps for nine years. She has a BA from Park University.

ThomasPartners, Inc.

Verity & Verity has a sub-management agreement with ThomasPartners, Inc. for portfolio management services. Greg Thomas is the Chief Investment Officer for Verity & Verity, and he serves as the Chairman/CEO for ThomasPartners. Will Verity also serves as a Managing Director at ThomasPartners. Ben Garfield, provides portfolio management services for our fixed income allocations through our sub-management agreement with ThomasPartners, Inc. Ben has a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Babson University. Ben is a CFA Chartholder.

David Poole, provides portfolio management services for our equity allocations through our sub-management agreement with ThomasPartners, Inc. David has a BA from the University of Vermont and is an MBA candidate at Boston College.
